I had a fabulous run down the Fosse Way to Walton Hall, leaving home about 8:30, it was still cool with not many people about it was really nice.

The TR photographed here early in the morning before many cars were yet to arrive and while many concours participants are still hard at work cleaning and polishing, I know what that's like.

After three years of trying in 1985 I won my class in a beautiful 308 GTS, so I can appreciate the and work that goes into getting and keeping our cars in show winning condition, especially those who do use the car and do the work them selves.
